10xCV provides AI-assisted tools that help users tailor their CVs and job applications to specific job postings. The Service analyzes content you provide and generates suggested rewrites, formatting, and keyword optimizations. 10xCV does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including misrepresenting your qualifications or experience.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit, including your CV, professional history, and any other materials ("User Content"). You grant 10xCV a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on each subscription renewal until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect immediately.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Deepstack and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on or submitting it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepstack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to content ownership, no refunds, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Deepstack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
